Additional Policies

We have covered some of the foundational policies that you should include in your business manual to get started. As you grow, as your business grows and you expand your operations, you will continue to add more processes to your manual.

In the meantime, I want you to think about other parts of your business that you need to document a process for, or identify areas where you want to develop a process or policy (standard). Document your Additional Policies in your Business Manual Builder.

Here are a few areas in your business to consider creating a policy or process for:
  • Serving Family & Friends
  • Serving Children
  • Dress Code
  • Time Management
  • Tandem Styling (the process of working with another stylist)
  • Compensation (how you pay yourself and others)
